Concrete varnish PB is a water-borne acrylic varnish for surfaces both indoors and outdoors. It has excellent adhesion to concrete substrates. It is very permeable to diffusion and easy to apply. Dries quickly. The varnish resists scratches well and is very resistant to UV light. Very resistant to chemicals and oils. It provides water-repellent (hydrophobic) waterproofing. It chemically provides a significantly harder, denser floor, significantly increases abrasion resistance and provides a durable, permanent, non-slip, dust-proof concrete surface that is easier to keep clean.

Our Impregnation products are based on Nano Silica and are tested according to EN 5470-1 Abrasion resistance, with very good results. Both on concrete and mineral substrates such as self-leveling masses. There will be no white precipitates from the product!

Our products fill micro and nanopores in the substrate, reacting with the substrate directly. The lime is bound and a harder surface is formed. This means that dirt is kept out and the substrate is strengthened. This provides an easy-to-clean surface that is resistant to dirt, minimizes dusting of the surface and provides a stronger floor. The treatment is permanent and non-slip. There are no white deposits of the product.

Nor can any ASR, Alkali Silica Reaction, occur with our product.

The products provide LEED® points and are water-based. The floor can be used immediately after the product has dried. Usually takes around an hour.
