ConcreteDensifier NS – Advanced Nanosilica Concrete Densifier & Dust Proofer

ConcreteDensifier NS is a nanosilica-based concrete densifier that permanently eliminates dusting, hardens and strengthens concrete floors. The product penetrates deep into the concrete matrix, triggering a chemical reaction (CSH reaction) that makes the surface denser, harder and more resistant to abrasion, crumbling and moisture.

Unlike film-forming products, ConcreteDensifier NS does not peel, is unaffected by water or salt, and is one of the most effective steps in polished concrete systems.

ConcreteDensifier NS and Polished Concrete – DOI Explained

Distinctness of Image (DOI) is the measure of how clearly a polished concrete floor reflects objects – essentially the mirror-like quality of the finish. A high DOI means sharp, clear reflections. A low DOI means a dull, diffuse surface.

How to Apply ConcreteDensifier NS

1. Clean the floor thoroughly – remove dust, laitance and contaminants.
2. For polished concrete: grind to 80–120 grit before applying.
3. Apply ConcreteDensifier NS generously until the surface is saturated.
4. Allow the product to penetrate and react (15–20 minutes).
5. Wipe off any excess – no rinsing required.
6. Continue grinding and polishing after curing.
7. For additional surface protection, apply ConcreteShield NS.

Coverage

30–50 m² per 5L unit depending on concrete porosity. Higher coverage on power-trowelled floors, lower on older or more porous concrete.
